Paper work

Wouldn't it be easier and cheaper if every state in this union would do everything the same way? OH NO we must be different. I am trying to get my car insurance today and licence and registered what a nightmare. I am sure that many of you have done this before but for me it has been a long time and my licence was good till 2012 and in Utah they are only good for 4 years. oh well so much fun today. love mom
